At Positively Sprinkled, every item is made and packaged with care to sprinkle joy into your day. Because many of our products are handmade, customized, or created in small batches, all sales are final. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order, so please read our policy below:
💌 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we sincerely apologize!
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@positivelysprinkled.com with the following:

We will gladly work with you to make it right—either by issuing a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges due to the limited nature of our products. However, if you received the wrong size or product due to our error, please contact us right away so we can assist.
❌ Cancellations & Returns
Because many items are custom-made or printed on demand:

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier first with your tracking number. If you need support from our end, feel free to reach out.
